How it works: four steps

Scanning works for anything you only need to read: invoices, official notices, contract offers, bank statements. The content matters, not the paper.

Forwarding is what you need when the original itself is required: certificates, credit cards, passports, enforcement notices, notarized documents. International shipments come with postage and sometimes customs costs.

Storing makes sense when you might need the original later but don't need to see it right away.

Destroying takes care of marketing mail and anything you don't need at all.

What does a virtual mailbox cost?

Prices vary a lot by location and scope of service. These factors drive the cost:
