Why should I have a local number in another country?

A local number builds trust and local presence. Customers see you as a local business, not one abroad. This improves call pickup, reduces costs for your customers, and strengthens your business image.

Can I use my virtual number anywhere?

Yes, absolutely. You can receive calls on your number from anywhere, whether you're in Germany, America, or anywhere else. As long as you have an internet connection, calls reach you on your smartphone, tablet, or computer.

How long does it take for my number to become active?

In most cases, 24-48 hours. After you order, we verify your information and activate the number. For some countries, it can take up to 5 business days.

Can I cancel my number if I no longer need it?

You can cancel your number on a monthly basis, with no long-term commitment. Cancellation must reach us at least 14 days before the next renewal date, after which it takes effect on that date. You should download your data before your cancellation takes effect, as access is no longer available afterward.

What are the differences between Local, Toll-Free, and Mobile numbers?

Local Numbers give you genuine local presence. Toll-Free numbers are free for customers (you pay for incoming calls). Mobile Numbers work like cell phone numbers and feel more personal. Choose based on your needs and target market.

Which countries are supported?

We offer local numbers in over 77 countries, the US, Germany, UK, France, Spain, Australia, and many more. New countries are added regularly.

Can I have multiple numbers?

Yes, you can have as many numbers as you need. Each number can be managed separately and forwarded to different devices. Ideal for international teams or multiple business units.

How does call forwarding work?

You specify which number(s) calls should be forwarded to, your mobile, your office phone, or multiple numbers at once. Forwarding happens instantly. You can change the settings anytime.

Do I get voicemail features?

Yes, fully. Missed calls are recorded as voicemail and sent to you by email. You can also personalize your voicemail greeting.

With most of our plans, yes. You can make both outgoing and incoming calls, directly from your virtual number. Outgoing call costs vary depending on the destination country and number type.

How secure is my data?

We use bank-level encryption for all your data. Everything is fully protected and compliant with GDPR and other data protection regulations.

It depends on the country. In some countries, recording calls without consent is illegal. We only support recording in countries where it's legal. You can set your preferences in the settings.

How much does this all cost?
